Speed is top of mind for both our customers and our suppliers and is an important driver of sales conversion. Wayfair's Global Order to Ship team is responsible for improving customer experience by driving global, cross-functional initiatives to accelerate network performance across Castlegate and dropship fulfillment. As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to identify & drive actual speed improvements with a particular focus on managing initiatives to improve supplier dropship speed performance through close collaboration with Category Management. If you have a talent for quickly building trusting partnerships, identifying the challenges between suppliers and carriers, whilst acting as a conduit to remove the barriers - We can't wait to get you started on our exciting journey. Primary Responsibilities Manage speed projects to improve actual order-to-ship / order-to-delivery speed globally.

Actively integrate data, leveraging analytics to scope and implement levers to drive speed & reliability globally, and create monitoring tools to track progress. Build and nurture close partnerships with our Category Management team to ensure successful implementation of driven initiatives. Collaborate with other global cross-functional partners to drive team goals including Operations, Services, GSCI & Transportation. Coordinate peak planning initiatives for high volume events. Monitor and troubleshoot key performance indicators of speed and take corrective actions. Offer SME Speed Support for Category Management via slack, Infohub or required training. Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management team. Requirements Proven success operating within an analytical focused role providing agile business insights for impactful business decisions. Ideally, within an operational/ supply chain environment. Hold a Bachelor's degree in an Analytical, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering quantitative field; or be qualified by experience. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI). Attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills (written, verbally & in person), someone who can translate complex data in a clear and concise manner to quickly build strong and trusting stakeholder partnerships. The aptitude to effectively navigate IT systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
