Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Drive Business Excellence in Quality

• Co-operate with both Site and global OE team to define Quality roadmap and annual goals based on Strategy of company, and drive the goal achievement by systematically goal tracking and problem solving.

• Promote lean mindset in Quality, drive the continuous improvement by implementing some lean methods and tools, such as tier meetings, performance review boards design and maintain, Kaizen program design and execution, Quality Star program.

• Promote innovative work concepts and methods, and use digital and AI tools to improve work efficiency to promote operational excellence.

• Responsible for Project Management in Quality department:Make sure the new project manager get basic training plan about Project Management, oversight the project resource planning; Responsible for Quality project portfolio management activities tracing and routine summary report (e.g. data collection, process tracing, monthly status update, etc.); Drive and support each project for success by closely status monitoring and coordinating the trouble shooting when necessary.

Engagement and Culture

• Designing and leading initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction within the Quality function.

• Advocating for and implementing best practices in cultural transformation, including Inclusion & Belonging programs.

• Organizing team-building activities, learning sessions, and workshops that align with the Quality function's values and objectives.

Enhance learning and development in Quality

• Coordinate and track people capability build up according to the needs of business development.

• Coordinate internal and external training resources to support people learning and development.

• Organize and support the learnings of quality department, e.g. periodical knowledge sharing.

Responsible for communication of Quality department

• Coordinate with the site and global communication colleagues, responsible for the communication work of the Quality Department, including but not limited to organizing and writing Quality newsletters, Quality Corner maintain and continuous improvement,applying for global awards, and other related tasks.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

• University or above

• PMP certificate is preferred

Job Required Competencies

• 5 or more years' work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry

• At least 3 years' Project Portfolio management experience

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience is preferred

• Quality related knowledge and experience is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• System Thinking and Influencing

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and influence power

• Strong coordination ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders with collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple tasks

• Be able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality

• Good command of office tools: word, excel, ppt, AI tools etc.

• Language:Mandarin native and English fluent
