Field of Activity

As the Senior Analyst of Business Development at Beijing Representative Office, you are responsible to support Group's entities China business development and play a role in supporting the implementation of top strategic initiatives. This requires a strong motivation for actively working in government engagement and business support. You will also be responsible for marketing and organizing promotional events contributing to the business growth of entities in China.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Representative Officer in driving forward the Group entities' China initiatives: assist the implementation of the strategic projects, follow up on business development of each entity in China, expand business cooperation opportunities, etc.
  • Assist the Chief Representative Officer in government engagement: conference coordination, meeting preparation, translation, etc.
  • Responsible for the marketing and promotional content of Group's entities in China: communicate closely with the comms teams of each subsidiary, provide marketing plans for their business in China, and be responsible for the Group's brand building and promotion in China.
  • Responsible for the drafting of various work-related materials of the representative office: including Chinese and English official letters, official documents, press releases, slides, etc

Our Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency, native speaker is preferred.
  • Have about 3 years of work experience in capital markets or government relations, have a deep understanding of the operation of China's capital market, or have rich experience in interaction with government departments and project implementation.
  • Understand exchange financial products, international and domestic affairs and financial policies, and have a strong passion and curiosity for the international capital market.
  • Possess fast learning ability, logical thinking, and adaptability.
  • Require strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and strong subjective initiative.
