Description

Support product development by analysing machine capacity and man time in order to identify the best working method​

Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare tools and fixtures for NPD and productions.
  • Create and maintain setting in SAP, including routing, storage locations, labor time, etc.
  • Create and improve working instruction for production line. Train and instruct workers on correct operations, key manufacturing process.
  • Create control points and critical size requirements for production during manufacturing process.
  • Analysis and solve issue on document for production, including checking BOM, pick list, routing, storage location, etc. 
  • Prepare rework documents for rework SO.
  • Work with R&D engineer on prototype fabrication, design review and improvement
  • Instruct and train workers on pre-series and TM products.
  • Investigate and solve problems on productions
  • Improve fixtures, operations for production to improve quality and work efficiency
  • Work, Cooperate and support with other department to achieve the general target of the company.
  • Other temporary jobs assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge

  • be accomplished in raw materials, production processes , layout , IE , quality control, costs control , and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture.
  • be familiar with machines , moulds and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Have the knowledge of management principles involved in leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Good command of English (writing , reading & oral).
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and AutoCAD

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree, majored in Mechnical Engineering or Industrial engineering .
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing entity in positions of Methods (process engineer, industry engineer). 
  • Team leader experience is perfect.
