Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact

• Actively follow our customers' quality experience based on statistical data, communication with our global engineering team, sales network, and customers directly
• Utilize the failure analysis platform to do statistical analysis and find out the weak point of product or batch issue
• Collect and investigate background of customer failure, and based on background information, design and carry out the failure analysis plan
• Manage the electrical failure analysis on challenging field failure cases; Independently find out the root cause of the significant cases which have great impact on product quality, where deep product knowledge of power electronic is needed

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor or M.Sc. in power electronic
• 5+ years' work experience with drives (frequency converter)
• A strong understanding of drive technology, as well as the ability to build test set-ups by utilizing drives & PLCs, make different kind of measurements with data collection
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical circuits schematics and applications wiring diagrams
• In-detail failure analysis competence and capability with strong logic thinking
• The ability to create and analyze statistical data using MS Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI and Minitab
• The ability to drive things forward independently as well as working effectively in a team
• Familiar with electrical equipment and tools, just like signal generator, oscilloscope, multimeter and so on.
• Strong awareness of safety
• Fluent English and Chinese communication and documentation skills
