Greenstone is expanding across Asia, and we're now hiring a Hong Kong-based Investor Relations professional to lead our institutional coverage in one of the world's most sophisticated alternative investment markets.

In this role, you'll own and grow relationships with Hong Kong's top allocators — pension funds, insurers, asset managers, private banks, family offices, and gatekeepers. You'll represent global private market fund managers, run investor meetings, lead fundraising execution, and become the go-to coverage lead for the region. You'll work closely with our Dubai placement team while building your own investor ecosystem on the ground.

We are recruiting across all levels — AVP, VP, SVP, and Director — as we expand our Hong Kong coverage team.

You will:


• Lead institutional and family office coverage across Hong Kong


• Run investor meetings, pitches, and follow-ups for assigned private market funds


• Coordinate roadshows with visiting fund managers


• Bring market intelligence and investor insights to senior leadership


• Drive fundraising momentum and manage your full investor pipeline


• Help shape Greenstone's wider Asia strategy as we scale

What You Need to Be


• Someone who already knows Hong Kong institutional investors and how they allocate


• Experienced in raising or distributing private market funds


• A relationship builder who owns accounts end-to-end


• Strong at pitching fund strategies with confidence and clarity


• A self-starter who can run a region autonomously


• Highly professional, credible, and investor-facing


• English required; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
