Per the division products Development requirement, Leading and managing car seat product mechanism design, design verification, tooling model review, design improve etc.,in NPD phases , to ensure NPD products delivery to meet product specifications, quality requirements ,schedule requirement , regulatory standards, and cost requirement . 根据乐瑞市场部门产品开发要求,主导和管理汽车座新产品开发阶段的产品结构设计、设计验证、模具模型评审、设计改进等,确保新产品交付符合产品规格、质量要求、进度要求、法规标准和成本要求。  Car Seat mechanical design for Dorel Juvenile product interface with Division ID designers.与国外工业设计师对接进行汽座产品的机械设计;  Manage New Product Development (NPD) process from product concept phase through the initial shipment, ensuring a proper follow up to all NPD activities and to meet shipment schedules on quality and costs. 从产品概念阶段到第一次发货,管理新产品开发(NPD)流程,确保对所有NPD活动进行适当跟进,及满足出货时间,质量和成本要求。  Create 2D & 3D engineering drawings based on design features, functional and safety requirements set by the Division.根据事业部制定的设计特征、功能和安全要求,绘制二维和三维工程图纸;  Create product parts list (BOM) according to the final engineering design and specifications.根据最终工程设计和规范创建产品零件清单(BOM);  Provide design supports to the product development for continuous improvements.为产品开发提供持续改进的设计支持;  Provide technical support to all Dorel Juvenile global markets (regions) and suppliers for new projects and rolling projects.为乐瑞婴童所有全球市场(地区)和供应商提供新项目和持续改善项目的技术支持;  Provide technical design review (TDR) and tooling DFM review for all NPD items.为所有新产品提供产品技术设计审查(TDR)和模具设计评审支持。  Review and update the Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) report to ensure all potential problems are addressed before mass production.审查和更新设计失效模式和影响分析(DFMEA)报告,以确保在大规模生产之前解决所有潜在问题 Qualifications

 A bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical design or design engineering. 机械设计或设计工程学士或以上学历;  At least 5 years of relevant design experience, obtained in a comparable role in design engineering, preferably in the Juvenile products, familiar with car seat structure and safety regulations . 至少5年的相关设计经验,在设计工程中担任类似职位,最好有在婴童产品行业设计经验,熟悉汽座结构及安规;  Strong mechanical structure design skills, ability to implement product design from concept to manufacturing, with good understanding of manufacturing definition and regulatory standards.较强的机械结构设计技能,能够实施从概念到制造的产品设计,对制造定义和法规标准有很好的理解;  Experience in product 3D CAD design (Solid works is preferred) and project management 熟悉3D CAD(最好是Solid works)及项目管理  Sound knowledge of plastic injection molding and plastic mold fabrication.熟悉塑料注塑和塑料模具制造;  Ability to do the DFMEA and tolerance stack analysis (GD&T a plus).能够进行DFMEA和公差累计分析(GD&T a plus);  Experience in project management, ability to manage multiple projects independently, assure timely deliverables in each critical developmental milestone, and resolve problems during the development process.具有项目管理经验,能够独立管理多个项目,确保在每个关键开发阶段及时交付  Sounds knowledge of product regulations or standards such as ASTM, EN, etc.熟悉相关产品法规和标准如ASTM, EN, etc.  Proficient in spoken and written in English & Mandarin.精通英语和普通话的口语和写作。
