5. Ensure quality patient care, resolve problems in clinics and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards as defined by corporate and JCI or other current accreditation or quality standard.
6.Monitor clinic productivities; participate in the annual budget and capital equipment; monitor and control clinic expenditures within budget.
7.Clinic staff development, succession plan
8. Participate in professional development activities to keep current with outpatient healthcare trends practices.
