该职位来源于猎聘 The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, driving and verifying effectiveness for continuous quality improvement of the suppliers and processes per global supplier quality strategy.

  • Perform supplier quality management per global supplier quality strategy
  • Conduct supplier selection and qualification of surface treatment suppliers/sub-suppliers
  • Work with design plant to define the cosmetic acceptable specification
  • Support supplier to manage the process quality to ensure stable surface quality of supplied parts, driving for conintuous improvement of their processes
  • Lead the material qualificiation (FAI ) and Critial To Quality process control and inspection plan
  • Evaluate and verify supplier process controls and supplier quality systems, analyze product failures, facilitate writing and/or approve results of corrective actions of suppliers
  • Peform quarterly/yearly supplier evaluation and work with supplier for regular performance review, driving for corrective and preventive actions
  • Peform the supplier audit per plan or process audit triggered by quality issues.
  • Work with production, engineering for material quality problem solution
  • Other Tasks assigned by SQE Leader and QM
  • Bachelor diploma in chemical or Materials Science and Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Experience in supplier qualitymanagement
  • 2+ experience in manufaturcing industry
  • Experience in establishing/optimization of production processes (Internal process engineer/ quality or line leader is preferred)
  • Experience in handling of complaints
  • Experience in known methods for finding problem solutions (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa…)
  • Good knowledge of Cp/Cpk, GR&R, FMEA,8D, material/process release, continuous process improvement
  • Fast to learn new things, a very structured thinking approach
  • Known methods in problem solving tools, such as pareto chart, flow chart, cause-effect diagram, check sheet, 5 whys etc.
  • Good communication ((Trouble Shooting, suppliers) and team work
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
