Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary liaison and driving force behind the project committee under the leadership of the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Translate the programme vision into actionable plans across marketing, operations, guest experience, and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all related projects and programmes.
  • Oversee the development of campaigns, events, and partnerships that reinforce The Peninsula's global leadership in luxury hospitality.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly Steering Committee meetings and ensure accurate documentation of decisions and actions.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand values and programme objectives.
  • Prepare monthly updates for executive leadership and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership. 

General requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or large-scale brand initiatives, either in-house or consultancy capacity.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and cultural heritage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and results-driven.
