Operator

岗位职责:

• 能够严格按照工艺操作指导书要求操作,并按时完成生产任务。
• 能够掌握本岗位操作要点、相关性和重要性,并了解工艺中质量要求,严格执行质量标准。发现任何问题必须及时向上级反馈。
• 认真执行生产线的5S,设备的PM,WIP控制,物料控制以及其它制度。
• 参加本部门的在岗培训,完成各项技能考核。
• 积极参加公司的FBS,IR,EHS等企业文化的活动。
• 完成生产主管临时布置的工作。

任职要求:

• 工作经验:拥有 1-2 年合资或独资企业工作经历者优先。
• 技能与能力:具备精密仪器调整经验者优先; 理解能力良好,能快速掌握岗位操作要求。
• 工作适应力:可接受倒班制度及临时加班安排。
• 职业素养:服从管理安排,具备较强的团队合作意识与工作责任心。
