The Position

客户管理

  • 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求
  • 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息
  • 传递相应疾病领域的科学进展,促进医生制定规范治疗方案
  • 传递罗氏产品的关键信息,提高罗氏产品认知,并收集反馈
  • 传递疾病领域诊断相关信息,助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升

学科建设

  • 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程
  • 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点
  • 通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育
  • 逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台

计划管理
规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划,和协作同事协商达成最终方案,并进行实施。

  • 组织和支持区域专家会议

2.了解医生观念、需求、会议安排;制定会议及覆盖计划;执行会议计划;回访收集反馈

  • 按公司规定合理制定预算,并按计划实施完成,确保资源的合理和有效利用

规范诊疗与疾病全程管理

  • 推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变,实现规范化诊疗
  • 和患者解决方案经理协同合作,关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

自我管理和团队协作

  • 成为产品和疾病领域的专家
  • 对团队新成员提供辅导和支持

主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享,以整合资源,提升团队能力。

Job Required Competencies

  • 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识
  • 良好学习能力
  • 业务敏锐度
  • 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

Years of Working Experience
工作年限

  • 3年以上医药行业工作经验
  • 既往有销售/市场/医学经验
  • 跨职能工作经验为佳

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

  • 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
  • 在试用期内通过RDPAC考试
  • 在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程
