Financial Analyst (Real Estate & Property)

Work Location: Tianjin, China

Reporting to : CFO

Responsibilities / Scope of Work
  • Responsible for analysis to support corporate strategy, including financial models for long term land development plans, public housing and others.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of financial models for various residential, commercial and industrial development.
  • Assist with Group budget and financial projections.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports to Shareholders, the Board of Directors, Finance and Investment Committee and Audit and Risk Committee, in relation to finance plans, accounting, tax, treasury and risk-related matters. These reports include formal papers and slides pertaining to plans and proposals, periodic reporting, and ad hoc topical updates. (Responsible for English versions of such reports.)
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by CFO.
Requirements / Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy or a related field
  • 3-5 working experience in finance, have a strong financial analysis background.
  • Strong communicator with strategic thinking, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset;
  • Knowledgeable and experience in Singapore financial finance policies and regulations.
  • Have experience with Financial Statements and Forecasting and Budgeting
