Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Hardware LeadEngineer to join their R&D center in Shenzhen. The ideal candidate willlead key hardware initiatives from concept and prototyping through testing,certification, and mass production. This role requires strong technicalexpertise, hands -on problem -solving skills, and the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross -functional teams in design, software, and manufacturingto deliver high -quality consumer electronics products. Key Responsibilities  •      Lead thedevelopment of electronic schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools (e.g.,Altium Designer).•      Debug,analyze, and optimize hardware performance, including power efficiency anddurability.•      Prepare,maintain, and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) with a focus on cost efficiencyand component availability.•      Research,select, and validate electronic components, leveraging knowledge of the Chinesesupply chain.•      Create andmaintain comprehensive documentation packages for manufacturing, assembly, andtesting.•      Establish andrefine hardware development workflows, ensuring systematic documentationstandards.•      Supportdebugging, validation, and prototype testing, ensuring compliance withinternational certifications.•      Collaboratewith suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and alignon specifications.•      Ensuredesign -for -manufacturing (DFM) principles are incorporated into all hardwaredesigns.RequirementsQualifications  •      Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.•      7+ years ofexperience in consumer electronics hardware development.•      Provenexpertise with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.•      Strongknowledge of BOM management and component lifecycle.•      Familiaritywith modern electronic components and sourcing in the Chinese market.•      Hands -onexperience preparing hardware documentation for manufacturing.•      Practicalunderstanding of hardware debugging and testing practices.•      Ability tostructure processes and maintain systematic documentation.•      Must be fluentin English (written and spoken).•      Chineselanguage skills are a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications  •      Experience ingaming hardware, toys, or interactive devices.•      Knowledge ofwireless modules (e.g., Bluetooth), power management, or sensor integration.•      Skills inRust, C++, or Assembly for hardware -related software debugging.•      Directexperience working with Chinese factories (OEM/ODM).BenefitsWhat Our Client Offers  •      Officialemployment in China through a registered entity.•     Competitivesalary and performance -based bonuses.•      Autonomy andresponsibility to lead hardware projects end -to -end.•      Opportunity towork on innovative consumer electronics with global market impact.•      A dynamic,collaborative, and ambitious team environment.
