岗位职责

  • 牵头中学部数学融合课程教学计划的制定和实施,执行数学课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
  • 参与数学融合课程设计和教材编写工作,参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
  • 以全英文或双语进行数学学科的教学;
  • 引领中学部数学课堂教学模式变革,打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的数学课堂
  • 组织学科组开设课后选修课程,丰富跨年级、数学教育机会
  • 组织和领导学科组会议和教研,促进教师之间的交流与合作,分享数学教学经验和资源
  • 参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
  • 完成学校布置的其它任务
Requirements
  • 硕士及以上数学相关专业
  • 具有数学教学经验者优先
  • 教师资格证
  • 良好的交流能力,中英文流利
