1. OBC/DCDC/电机控制发展规划,对未来两代技术方案做出前瞻性规划,确保技术可落地实施;
2. 主导OBC/DCDC/电机控制技术架构设计、技术平台搭建,关键专项技术创新(器件共享、磁融合、功率集成等)、技术落地;
5. 负责配套项目设计成本、工程质量、生产直通率改善。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,精通功率电子基础原理,掌握各拓扑关键器件选型和设计;
2. 熟悉法律法规、功能安全、可靠性、EMC、热等关键领域设计规范和要求;
3. 精通新能源汽车电源技术平台搭建,有关键技术创新突破、新技术落地产品、商业成功案例;
4. 有3年以上OBC/DCDC/电机控制研发经验和5人以上团队管理经验;
5. 有前瞻性规划、团队培养能力和产品责任感和使命感。
