  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for OEC China to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage Sales, Product Marketing, and Application teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to enhance brand presence and business influence.
  • Drive organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developing talent, while cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure OEC remains at the forefront of innovation and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership within complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of China's medical device market environment, regulatory framework, and healthcare ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; international experience and global perspective are highly value.
