2026 Campus - SoC Design Verification - MCU/MPU

Responsibilities:
- Responsible on SoC verification work for ARM based MCU products.
- Work with SoC design, IP design, architecture etc. together to finish SoC verification task with high quality.
- Responsible for SoC verification plan, verification result, test case development to have better coverage and verification quality
- Work on SoC verification methodologies including formal verification, inter connect verification, security verification, mixed signal verification, low power verification, RTL performance verification etc.
- Work with SoC design team to optimize power, performance etc., so the chip can keep KPI.
- Work closely with validation, system engineer, SW, TE, PE on post silicon issue debug
Requirements:
- Master degree in electronics engineering
- Knowledge of compute architecture, especially ARM CPU, bus protocols(APB/AHB/AXI), verification experience of ARM-based SoC is a plus
- Good knowledge of C language
- Good understanding of Verilog/system Verilog, and digital design debug flow. UVM experience is a plus;
- Good knowledge of gate-level simulation/debug flow.
- Experience of Cadence, Synopsys verification tools in Unix/Linux environment;
- Good communication is a must, English language proficiency.
- Ownership is important
