(以下简称TTJ)由「敢为互联」科技有限公司创立和运营,上线于2017年。TTJ致力于通过吸引杰出的教育人士来到中国,促进中国国际教育生态系统的更好发展。 For more information about us: -us Job Title | 职位名称: Client Success |客户成功 Job Level | 职级: Assistant or Specialist | 助理(或)专员 Job Type | 工作种类: Full -time/Part -time/Contract -base | 可提供全职/兼职/合同制 Report to | 汇报人: Business Leader |  招聘交付业务负责人 Job Responsibility | 工作职责: Core Responsibilities | 核心职责: 通过持续的业务拓展和商机获取,提升指定片区的客户签约率;同时协同招聘团队持续提升雇主的招聘交付。 Recruitment Service Enhancement | 业务服务提升: Capture the recruitment needs of employers in a timely manner, and synchronize the requirements to the TTJ Recruiting Team to promote the effective hiring result delivery. 第一时间捕获雇主的招聘需求,对内做好需求同步以促进招聘团队的有效交付。 Supervise talent sourcing and recruitment services, focusing on client signing rates in the responsible area. 督导人才寻访和招聘服务,专注提升负责片区客户的签约率。 Drive revenue growth, product innovation, and key account (KA) development. 推动营业收入增长、产品创新,以及 KA 客户的开发。 Cooperate with KA resources to improve TTJ's stickiness with key employers and annual job delivery through specialized marketing campaigns and job fairs. 与 KA 资源合作,通过专门的营销活动和招聘会等运营手段,提升 TTJ 与甲方关键雇主的黏性和年度岗位总体交付。 Working Schedule | 三种合作方案: 远程Full -time:Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM 每周35小时在线时间,有屏幕检测。 远程Part -time:每周提供至少20小时在线时间,有屏幕检测。 合作Contract -base:每周提供至少20小时在线时间。 Office Location Option | 办公地点可选择AB其一: A: Unit 8, First Floor, Building 2, NO.88 Xuefu Rd(鄞州区人才公寓), Yinzhou, Ningbo city 宁波市鄞州区学府路88号人才公寓2号楼8单元 B:Remote working plan 远程办公方案 Please send your CV and cover letter to ;\/a> with email title of position name you want to apply, we will reply you in 3 working days. 请将简历及求职信发送至;\/a>,标题注明您想申请的职位。我们会在三个工作日里答复。 Requirements Requirements | 职位要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Business, Communication, or Human Resource Management; 至少有学士学位,商务/传播/人力资源管理等专业优先; 2. A good command of English (IELTS 5.5 or higher, CET -6, or equivalent English proficiency rating is a plus); 有良好的英语水平(雅思5.5分以上,英语六级或其他英语评级体系同等分数优先); 3. Specialist level requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least1 years in headhunting, sales, or business development, and a background in the international education industry is a plus; 专员级别要求2年以上工作经验,其中1年以上猎头/销售/bd经验,国际教育行业背景加分; 4. A great communicator and a quick learner; 善于交流,善于学习; 5. An ambitious goal -achiever and a multi -task handler; 行动力强,注重完成目标,擅长同时处理多项任务; 6. Excellent ability to handle pressure; 有良好的抗压能力; 7. Familiar with the Internet, as well as modern office systems, tools, and methodologies, such as OKR. 熟悉互联网及现代化办公体系、工具和方法论,如OKR工作法。 8. Familar with digital marketing tools, such as WeChat post, email campaign. 有数字营销的相关经验,如微信推文、邮件营销等。 BenefitsSalary & Benefits| 薪资待遇: A contract&remote based position, pay by the processKPI and individual revenue, expected annual income is ranging from ï¿¥75,000 ~ï¿¥150,000. 远程合作制:按照产生的过程指标(如甲方签约数、岗位面试数)和个人营收计费,年度收入预计在税前¥75,000 ~ï¿¥150,000之间。 Additional salary/benefits include | 其他福利包括: 1.
