Position:Global Procurement and Supply Chain VP
Working location: Shanghai or Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supply chain management; lead the team in supplier selection, negotiation, relationship maintenance, assessment, and be responsible for costs;
2. Responsible for planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing management; ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the supply of materials and products; be responsible for delivery;
3. Cooperate with each BU/product line to be responsible for medium and long-term supply chain strategic planning; continuously improve the supply chain system; Strategy making and execution;
4. Team management: talent development, Org efficiency review and building high performance team.
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years in the semiconductor industry, more than 5 years of experience in purchasing and supplying from Foundry and packaging factories; worked as the head of Supply Chain department for more than 3 years; with FAE or sales experience in Foundry are preferred;
2. Possess good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and excellent negotiation skills.
3. Master the procurement and supply business process and specifications, as well as the knowledge of related laws and regulations;

1、负责供应链管理,带领团队进行供应商选择、谈判、关系维护、考核,对成本负责;
2、负责计划、采购、物流、仓储管理,保证物料和产品的供应准确性和及时性,对交付负责;
3、与各BU/产品线合作,负责中长期供应链战略规划;不断完善供应链体系,制定策略并执行;
4、部门管理:人才培养、组织建设、绩效考核等,提升团队能力和战斗力。
任职要求:
1、半导体行业10年以上,5年以上对晶圆厂、封测厂等的采购供应经验,并担任部门负责人3年以上,有foundry厂的技术或者销售工作经历者优先;
2、具备良好的职业道德素质,责任心强,善于沟通和优秀的谈判能力。
3、掌握采购供应业务流程和规范,及相关的法律法规知识;
