Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the sales teams.Sales full P&L management and financial supportKey ResponsibilitiesLead financial analysis in support of sales team in China.Drive Profit & Lose (P&L) improvement through mix analysis, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) reduction, Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on marketing spend, pricing etc.Own financial planning for Trade Spending and new product launches as part of Cor Plan Process, official forecasts and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).Monthly sales scorecard and P&L commentary, Trade Spending and APD monthly budget control, monitoring and tracking, by account and by category analysis, provide suggestion and recommendation on BTA spending management, control risk and identify opportunities;Sales Annual Budget, Re-estimate, FCST, SOP of P&L;Required Experience You'll Bring8 years' above experienceBachelor's degree and aboveStrong accounting and financial skillsFMCG, eCommerce channel management experience is preferredPreferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:Good team player and communication skill and a value-added business partner to Sales management.High level MS Excel skill and good understanding of SAP systemGood command of English (oral and writing)Job RequirementsFull time work, overtime is expectedBenefits And PerksOngoing training and developmentFamily-owned company, with a family feelBe a member of a company championing a better world through sustainability and environmental protection measuresInclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
