Your Key Responsibilities
  • 协同研发部门评审产品概念设计、DFMEA、特殊特性(SC/CC)、过程流程图、PFMEA及控制计划,确保制造可行性、质量可控性与成本间的平衡。
  • 参与新项目设备及工装工艺方案评审,确保量产中生产过程能力稳定性和一致性。
  • 负责新项目设备、工装开发过程中调试、验证,确保产线按时开始量产。
  • 参与装配段设备能力与新工艺符合性的评估,支持设备改造、升级和验收工作
  • 负责产线开发中的过程工艺文件编写,并根据设备方案,制定编写作业指导书。
  • 定期更新项目Launch报告,监控关键指标(OEE、FTQ、废品率、CT),协调资源确保产品按时交付与持续改进。
Your Qualifications
  • 大学本科及以上学历,电机、电气、机械、工业工程专业背景。
  • 了解汽车产品制造工艺与生产线规划,3年以上先进制造工程或工业工程工作经验优先。
  • 熟练掌握工程方法及运用,数理统计、分析方法等,有系统解决问题的能力,包括分析问题、制定工作计划、过程控制等。
  • 逻辑思维清晰,具备良好的推动力及跨部门沟通协作能力,有较强的责任感与敬业精神,抗压性强。
  • 强大的问题分析与解决能力,熟练掌握 8D、5Why、鱼骨图等问题解决方法。
  • 熟悉机械零部件组装、涂胶、在线检测、拧紧等相关制造工艺内容;对电机装配、定子灌胶工艺有经验者优先。
