该职位来源于猎聘 在家办公 Manager, Supply Chain – China Focus Location: Preferably based in China or with strong regional presence Contract Type: Consultant / Contractor Reports To: Sr Director, Supply Chain Position Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support clinical trial operations in China. This role will lead local supply chain activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of China's clinical trial regulations, vendor management experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical supply chain operations in China.
  • Manage logistics, inventory, and distribution of clinical trial materials.
  • Facilitate communication between global supply chain teams and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee local depots, couriers, and packaging vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with NMPA and import/export regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and supply planning teams to align forecasts with enrollment projections.
  • Resolve supply chain issues and implement CAPAs.
  • Maintain documentation of activities, risks, and mitigations. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of clinical supply chain experience, with China/APAC focus
  • Strong understanding of China's regulatory environment
  • Proven vendor and logistics management in clinical trials
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
