部门使命/Department Mission:

Lead CGP department Electric-PT product define work,  make E-PT reference performance competitive, and deliver outstanding product define.

Together with our engineering, we develop innovative Electric-PT performance for Volkswagen. In cross functional project teams we work on product, reference to mechanical, electronical and software-based solutions. Our work begins with the definition of requirements from customs and market point of view, continues through product define of the vehicle level acceleration, e-range, charging and thermal management performance, to finally release our E-PT products on schedule.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Vehicle level E-PT product define, include highlight and performance define, budget control and configuration define;
• Include Strategic positioning define, Concept design analysis, supply and competitor Technology analysis, Marketing and competitor benchmark, Customer survey, E-PT and drivability Production highlight define, Vehicle define & sale alignment;
• Technique solution engineering alignment; timing, cost and quality balance;
• Competitor subjective evaluation and product highlight E-PT performance experience evaluation; 

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in automobile, mechatronics or other related fields
• Strong sense of self-drive and responsibility.
• Professional experience in product define, and drivability vehicle performance develop, experience on electric Powertrain, like E-motor, transmission, controller, battery, charging, thermal etc,;
• Oral and written communications in English, good communication skills and team spirit
