超精密加工工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 一: 任职资格 1. 学历:大专及以上学历; College degree or above. 2. 专业:机械及数控相关专业; Majors related to mechanical engineering and numerical control. 3. 工作经验:5年以上精密机械加工相关岗位工作经验(包括3年以上单点金刚石车床加工工艺经验)。 More than 5 years of working experience in precision mechanical processing related positions (including more than 3 years of single-point diamond lathe processing technology experience).

二: 岗位要求 1. 熟悉单点金刚石车削原理、特点、应用范围及关键工艺参数等; Be familiar with the principle, characteristics, application scope and key process parameters of single-point diamond turning. 2. 熟悉单点金刚石车床设备结构、操作规程及维保要求,熟练进行设备操作,熟练掌握相关尺寸,面形或粗糙度检测仪器操作(如白光干涉仪,UA3P,三坐标,激光显微镜等); Be familiar with the structure, operation procedures and maintenance requirements of single-point diamond lathes, be proficient in equipment operation, and master the operation of relevant dimension, surface shape or roughness detection instruments (such as white light interferometer, UA3P, three-coordinate measuring machine, laser microscope, etc.). 3. 了解加工用材料基础知识,了解振动分析、热变形控制的基本概念; Understand the basic knowledge of materials used in processing and the fundamental concepts of vibration analysis and thermal deformation control. 4. 熟练使用CAD、UG或SolidWorks等绘图建模软件、至少一种CAM软件; Proficient in using drawing and modeling software such as CAD, UG or SolidWorks, and at least one CAM software. 5. 掌握精益生产、产品工艺、生产安全等知识,了解基础质量工程技术方法(如QCC、QC7、8D等); Master knowledge of lean production, product technology, production safety, etc., and have an understanding of basic quality engineering technology methods (such as QCC, QC7, 8D, etc.). 6. 具备良好的数据统计、分析能力,能够通过数据发现和解决复杂工艺技术问题; Possess excellent data statistics and analysis skills, and be capable of identifying and solving complex process technology problems through data. 7. 良好的沟通协调和表达能力,具备一定的项目管理能力; Good communication, coordination and expression skills, with certain project management capabilities. 8. 具有超精密光学模具加工经验者优先; Candidates with experience in processing ultra-precision optical molds are preferred. 9. 具有光学设计基础经验者优先; Candidates with basic experience in optical design are preferred. 10.具有良好英语听说读写能力者优先。 Candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
