Senior Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Senior Manager to build and manage our end-to-end logistics product portfolio—including ocean, air, project logistics, and door-to-door solutions. This role will develop competitive product structures, secure carrier/agent partnerships, optimize operational workflows, and enable sales with scalable solutions to support our rapid business growth in global trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Development

• Build and manage freight product portfolio: D2D logistics, project cargo

• Develop scalable product SOPs, pricing models, service standards, and risk controls

• Identify new product opportunities and lead development from concept to execution

• Benchmark competitors and continuously optimize value offering

Carrier & Vendor Management

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with carriers, agents, terminals, and trucking vendors

• Negotiate space, equipment, and rate programs with key carriers and agents

• Develop service commitments and long-term commercial framework agreements Commercial Enablement

• Provide technical support to BD and KAM for complex bids and customer solution design - Conduct internal product training and produce solution decks & playbooks

• Support large customer RFPs and multi-trade solutions

Performance & Compliance

• Monitor lane performance, service KPIs, profitability, and freight agreements

• Ensure compliance with global, regional and China regulatory requirements

• Develop product risk management matrix and mitigation plans (capacity, allocation, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field

• 5–10 years experience in ocean logistics product, trade lane development, or carrier management

• Strong expertise in ocean, air, rail, truck, special cargo, project logistics (preferred)

• Proven experience in CN imp./exp. logistics, pricing structures, and vendor management

• Good understanding of China compliance preferred

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, able to mix strategy with execution

• Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin

• High ownership mentality, able to work cross-functionally in fast-growing environment

Preferred Background

• Carrier / NVOCC / Freight forwarder / Project logistics experience

• Experience building new products from scratch and implementing process

• Familiarity with CRM and logistics digital platform
