Program Description:
Blackstone's Real Estate Summer Analyst program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling Summer Analysts to develop a well-rounded and fine-tuned business mind. Upon completion of training,
Summer Analysts will be involved in both acquisitions and asset management workstreams. The Summer Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on several assignments at once.
Responsibilities
Blackstone's Real Estate Group offers Summer Analysts the experience of a professional team whose work involves the acquisition of real estate-related companies, portfolios of real estate assets and individual properties, as well as post-acquisition transition, valuation, budgeting and working closely with Blackstone's portfolio companies. Throughout the program, our Summer Analysts are involved in structuring / restructuring, financing / refinancing, divestitures / recapitalizations, and disposition strategies. Summer Analysts will regularly attend both internal and external meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
Summer Analyst work may include the following:
- real estate and public company valuation analysis and modelling; financial analysis / valuation / financial modeling
- macro analysis / market research / expert interview
- competitive analysis
- field trip / site inspection
- development of investment committee presentations
- drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- assistance in the diligence and execution of transactions
- management of external advisors and partners
Qualifications:
Prior analytical experience and a basic knowledge of accounting, finance is desirable, but not compulsory.

Requirements:
To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or master's degree student. If you are pursuing a master's degree, you should have no more than 1 year of full-time working experience·
- Anticipated graduation date: September 2026 – June 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and cumulative GPA.
