该职位来源于猎聘 一、 职位描述

• 负责参与公司、集团或客户相关创新活动,识别公司产品潜在系统创新功能;Responsible for joining innovation activities of company/group and customers, identify potential innovation function of BHSS products.
• 负责识别具体功能的相关方,考虑他们的实际需要;Responsible for identifying stakeholders of relevant function, and consider their actual need.
• 负责与使用场景小组合作,从新使用场景中获取创新功能清单;Responsible for cooperating with use case team, derive innovation function list from new use cases.
• 负责与平台团队合作,确保创新功能的设计符合平台规划,且能够与平台其他功能协调;Responsible for cooperating with platform team, make sure the innovation function design follow the platform roadmap, and also compatible with other functions.
• 负责与客户组合作,了解客户的功能发展需求趋势;Responsible for cooperating with customer team to know the function trend of OEMs.
• 根据产品或平台需要,负责规划具体功能的开发进度,定义每阶段的输出物并按时交付;Responsible for planning the function development schedule based on the timing requirement from product/platform team, define work products in every phase, and make sure the delivery on time.
• 负责定义具体功能的系统架构模型;Responsible for defining specific function system architecture model.
• 负责定义具体功能的功能接口需求;Responsible for defining specific function interface to other function/components.
• 负责定义功能的设计边界和限制;Responsible for defining function design constraint and limit.
• 了解相关功能安全、网络安全和可靠性要求,确保系统需求的定义包含了相关内容,并且具有可行性;Know the function safety, security and robust requirement about the specific function, insure all related requirements are included in the system requirement.
• 负责确保具体功能的标准化,模块化,能够高度复用;Responsible for insuring the specific function is standardized, modulated, and can be re-used.
• 负责与测试团队合作,定义需求的验证标准;Responsible for cooperating with test team, define the verification criteria.
• 负责协助测试团队分析测试失效原因,并合作完成修复工作,保证测试完整实施;Responsible for support test team to find out the test failure cause, and finish the correct action if needed, make sure all test are finished successfully.
• 进行持续改进,并修订和完善与本职工作相关的各类规范;Carry out job improvement continuously and in charge of revision and perfect related regulations, which are relative to daily work. 二、 任职要求
• 大学本科以上学历Bachelor degree above
• 熟悉系统工程方法Familiar with system engineering methodology
• 熟悉系统架构设计和功能开发基本方法Familiar with system architecture design and function development method
• 熟悉转向系统功能和基本控制策略Familiar with steering system function and basic control strategy
• 了解汽车基本结构和工作原理Know the basic automobile structure and working principle
• 熟悉ISO26262标准,ASPICE开发流程Familiar with ISO26262 standard and ASPICE development process
• 能够使用DOORS和Enterprise Architect,了解UML语言Able to use DOORS,Enterprise Architect, and also know the UML language
