该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: 1.通过项目管理系统(GPM)及时协调模具开发、材料订购、工艺开发、质量计划、样品制作、提交、客户批准和产品交付到生产的全过程。这将包括完成每个阶段评审的行动项。Manages entire product launch from contract review through formal release to the plant, using Project Management System (GPM)to coordinate timely mold development, material order, process development, quality plan, sample build, submission, customer approval, and release to the production. This will include completion of actions items for each gate review.

Informs customer of the project progress and solves problems in terms of product quality and delivery. Keeps track of the sample approval process to ensure products released to production in a timely manner. 3.带领新产品开发小组,与技术、材料、生产、物流和质量团队合作,确保模具、材料、夹具、工作指导书、检验/包装规范和工艺文件按时准备,按时制作样品,并确保样品和所有所需文件在承诺的日期内提交给客户。与质量工程师合作,协助APQP的制定,确保完成客户提交的要求。Leads the NPD team and works with technical, materials, production, logistic and quality teams to ensure molds, material, fixture, work instruction, inspection / package specification and processes have been prepared on schedule, builds samples on time and ensures sample shipment to customer along with all required documentation are within promised dates. Works directly with Quality Engineers to assist in the development of APQP and ensures customer submission requirements are completed. 4.协调生产,技术和质量团队,解决样品和量产过程中的问题。确保生产效率达到或超过RFQ中的标准。Coordinates with the production, technical and quality teams to resolve manufacturing problems in prototype and mass production processes. Requirements: 1.学历:机械、工业或化学工程或相关专业大专以上学历。Education: Minimum College Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 2.经验:5年以上项目管理工作经验,其中至少有 3 年在外资公司/橡胶制造企业的工作经历者优先考虑。Experience: More than 5 years working experience in project management, with at least 3 years in foreign company/rubber manufacturing preferred. 3.可使用英文准备项目开发,以及产品技术相关的报告、文件,并具备英文听说读写的能力Be able to use English language to prepare project and product technical related document and report, and English reading, listening, writing and speaking skills is required. 4.可独立参加与国外客户的电话会议Be capable of independently participating in conference-call meetings with foreign clients. 5.IATF-16949, ISO13485技能,熟练掌握TFC(DFMA), P-FMEA, APQP, CP, PPAP。 Master of IATF-16949, ISO13485 skill, TFC(DFMA), P-FMEA, APQP, CP, PPAP. 6.精通GPM(项目管理系统), ERP系统。解决问题的能力,如PSP,精益,TBS, 6sigma等。Master of GPM, ERP system. Problem solving skills such as PSP, lean, TBS, 6sigma and etc. 7.具备GD&T知识 Has GD&T knowledge 8.团队的领导能力,良好而灵活的沟通技巧以及计划和资源组织能力Team leadership, good and flexible communication skills, planning and resource organization ability.
