Description

Lilly PRA Academy (LPA) is a Trainee Program for PRA function to build talent pipeline for future PRA leaders.  LPA provides a great opportunity for individuals who are new to marketing with a strong desire in pursuit of long-term PRA Career Path. The goal of creating Lilly PRA Academy is to accelerate growth for young talents to be a successful PRA and a potential future PRA leader by building foundational PRA capabilities and providing a variety of experiences.

LPA is a 3-year rotational development program: 1~2-year in NPP/PRA/KA Strategy & Capability and 1~2-year in PRA by TA. Detailed rotation for each individual will be based on business needs and individual interests.

The program will provide you with orchestrated learning and development resources, systematic training and development opportunities both in PRA and leadership, to equip you with solid foundation for long-term career development in PRA function.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish 3-year rotations in PRA organization respectively during the program
  • Deliver business results as well as project deliverables as required
  • Build up solid PRA capability/foundation to successfully graduate from the program through the assessment
