Job Summary (English)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure and M365 environments, including cloud networking (e.g., Azure VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute).
  • Server & Network Administration: Oversee the administration of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and network services such as DNS, FTP, and web servers.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor cloud and on-premises systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Implement necessary patches and upgrades.
  • Vendor & Project Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants for system upgrades, new installations, and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements across cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Helpdesk & Desktop Support: Provide end-user support globally, with a focus on China and Korea offices, including PC configuration, peripheral management, and VOIP support.
  • Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve system performance issues related to network availability, utilization, and latency.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise: Integrate cloud services with existing infrastructure, endpoint management, and virtual desktop environments.
  • Bilingual Support: Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to provide seamless support across regions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain asset tracking, technical documentation, and respond to audit requests as required.
