In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Documentation processing to meet customer requirements while meeting the requirements of relevant regulations and policies.
- Invoicing and payment with warehouse and logistics suppliers
- Assist supervisors or managers in driving various projects to completion
- Select and evaluate the supplier to continuously improve their services level
- Work together closely with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring all the work is done in compliance with relevant requirements.
- Ensure all processes, transactions and business relationships are in accordance with policy, law and the highest ethical standards.
- Deal with urgent cases with inter-company, customers, agent/forwarders or other stakeholders to realize a high service
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, supply chain or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience related with transportation, Import or Export areas or logistics/Supply Chain.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Fluent oral and written Chinese and English.
- Good communication skills and powerful influence
