该职位来源于猎聘 Job Title : Learning & Development Specialist : 培训专员 工作职责 1. 主导中国市场的业务培训与发展项目:
- 制定并执行符合中国市场业务目标的培训战略。
- 设计并实施可扩展的培训项目,满足不同业务单元的具体需求。
- 与全球业务培训与发展团队密切合作,共同开发并本地化全球培训项目 2. 员工入职体验(EOE)管理:
- 评估、优化并重新设计新员工入职培训项目。
- 提供富有吸引力与互动性的入职体验,帮助新员工快速融入并提升生产力。
- 与相关部门协作,确保入职流程符合全球标准并契合中国市场实际情况。 3. 技术与运营类培训:
- 组织现场服务团队的实操与技术类培训工作坊 4. 课程设计与培训引导:
- 运用多媒体技术、创新学习方式与协作学习方法,开发前沿培训课程。
- 通过高水平的引导技巧,营造互动式学习环境,激发学员思考与参与 5. 培训绩效监测与数据分析:
- 开展学习需求分析,识别领导力及销售能力差距。
- 建立系统化评估机制,衡量培训效果与业务影响。
- 利用数据洞察优化培训项目,确保学习成果与业务目标一致。
- 定期收集反馈,推动项目持续改进与创新 6. 协作与利益相关者管理:
- 与销售、人力资源及产品管理团队紧密合作,定制培训方案。
- 与格罗茨-贝克特(Groz-Beckert)相关代表沟通,融入最新行业趋势。
- 平衡全球培训框架与中国市场的具体需求 7. 项目管理与运营卓越:
- 全面管理培训项目生命周期,从需求评估、设计、执行到评估反馈。
- 确保项目高质量交付,并为业务带来实质性成果 8. 公司要求的其他相关工 任职要求:
- 具备至少3-5年以上学习发展或组织发展等相关领域工作经验
- 精通中英文听说读写。
- 具备在中国市场设计与实施培训项目的丰富经验,尤其在销售、技术及领导力发展领域。
- 熟悉全球学习体系与本地化管理实践,能有效平衡两者。
- 具备构建并推动入职培训项目的成功经验,能提升新员工上岗效率与文化融入。
- 深刻理解成人学习理论与混合式学习方法,熟悉多媒体与互动技术的应用。
- 熟练运用学习管理系统(LMS)、电子学习平台及虚拟协作工具(如 Articulate、Adobe Captivate、MS Teams)。
- 拥有良好的数据分析能力,能基于指标评估培训成效并持续改进。
- 具备卓越的沟通、引导及利益相关者管理能力 Key Responsibilities
- Support on knitting related product + application engineering consultancy (on Machine Building / end customer premises mainly) to ensure customer satisfaction (1st level support)
- Support on application related (follow up) tasks at customer sites as well as digitally from the office environment
- Support on processing customer feedback professionally via complaint process
- Support on conducting technical application knowledge workshops on request of the customer
- Focus on the core products, "connect" build up technical expertise with application at the customers
- Support on conducting product trials (new or comparative) for Research & Development or sales department
- Support GB needle and module installation in warp knitting machine
