Company:Qualcomm ChinaJob Area:Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Sales - Sales Incentive PlanGeneral Summary:Job functionEstablish and execute go-to-market strategies in China across Qualcomm's automotive product portfolioBuild long-term strategic relationships with both Chinese and international tier1/OEM customers, esp. the key automakers in North China region – Greatwall Motor, FAW, BJEV etc.Drive business development efforts with all ecosystem partners in China to accelerate the adoption of Qualcomm technologies in Automotive industryFormulate strategies to engage with regulators and governments to align with China's automotive strategiesCollaborate with Qualcomm's other regional teams (e.g., Europe, North America) to serve international JVs in China and ensure smooth project executionOversee and coordinate all operational activities, including customer service and technical support.QualificationBachelor's degree or above with major in engineering background, MBA or EMBA is a plusPrevious experience with a multi-national company in semi-conductor or Auto industry is a strong plusOver 8 years of account management experience in automotive industryStrategic thinking and strong business acumenExcellent communication skills both in Chinese and EnglishStrong network in automotive industryFrequent travel requiredQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
