1Assets/ infrastructure that deal with wells, combined wells/processing locations and distribution/transport. E.g. SJV*, MCBU*, Agbami, Captain, JSM, Frade, AMBU, IBU, Maf Sul, BBLT, Pipeline, TCO field, Wheatstone Platform, etc. (*excluding gas / power plants).

​Blending and filling according to the production plan base on safety, low cost and high efficiency

• Operates DCS system and blending equipment based on daily production plan by shift;
• DCS system operating as per PCN requirement;
• Operate tank field equipment for bulk materials transfers and receipts;
• Record the raw material consumption and keep operation record accurately & completely;
• Perform raw material receiving and offloading safely;
• Participate bulk material receiving from jetty and monthly stock taking;
• Takes sample for raw material and semi-products as required timeline & requested;
• Training and assessment of new employees and post rotation of existing employees;
• Assist operation lead to solve daily production problems;
• Assist operation lead on operation documents updating;
• Daily production trouble shooting and incident reporting & handling;
• Routine check and inspection as per routine duty requirement;
• Data entry in SAP or other operation management system;
• Operation routine report;
• Blending failure analysis;
• Report and investigate NLI& LI happened in responsible area;
• Be involved to develop & review related JSA;
• Strictly follow OEMS;
• Housekeeping keeps responsible work area clean & free from safety hazard & potential environmental threat as "5S" requested;

Job Requirements

• Always prioritize safety in daily work.
• Familiar with DCS operations, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Able to systematically prioritize tasks and complete work on time.
• Capable of working with an English-language DCS interface.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft-related software.
• Able to adapt to shift work.
