As Assistant Beersmith Operation Manager, we rely on you to

  • Complete the operation and management objectives issued by the hotel and ensure the smooth completion of the department's planned tasks.
  • Formulate various plans and work plans such as development planning, business strategy, market positioning, and business policy of the bar.
  • Improve the customer management system, receive important guests, handle important complaints, and improve service quality.
  • Pay attention to the atmosphere of the business site and put forward guiding opinions on the work of each department.
  • Handle various outreach work, grasp the business dynamics of the store, and have the ability to solve emergencies.
  • Understand the market competition in the same industry and the new trends of the same industry.
  • Develop the bar's business strategy, marketing strategy and plans. Excavate new economic growth and increase the market share of bars.
  • Supervise the smooth progress of the bar's work, and evaluate the completion of the work indicators of the supervisor and employees of the department.

We are looking for someone who

  • More than 2 years of management experience in the hotel service industry with strong practical experience.
  • Proficient in team management, client management, consumables management, and display management.
  • Familiar with and knowledgeable about various types of alcoholic beverages and sales prices, with strong sales skills.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Familiar with the formulation and execution of various processes. Skilled at handling interpersonal relationships and team building.
  • Pleasant appearance & good speaking level
