Role Overview 職位概述

  • We are looking for a seasoned managerial staff with strong customer engagement skills to drive program success and support business growth in a dynamic EMS environment.

  • This position reports directly to the Head of Business Division.

Key Responsibilities 工作職責

  • Lead one of the Program teams
  • 領導其中一個項目團隊
  • Oversee major program deliverables including quality, cost, and delivery
  • 監督項目的主要成果,包括品質、成本和交付
  • Manage product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production by coordinating cross‑functional teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
  • 協調跨職能團隊(工程、品質、採購、製造工程等),管理產品從新產品導入(NPI)到量產的整個生命週期
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals
  • 建立並維護良好的客戶關係,確保客戶滿意度並與業務目標保持一致

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

  • University graduates preferably in Business, Engineering, or related
  • 大學畢業,主修商業、工程、製造或相關科目者優先
  • 5+ years work experience in manufacturers inclusive of electronic manufacturers
  • 在製造業(包括電子製造業)有 5 年以上工作經驗
  • 2+ years managerial or senior level experience in electronic manufacturers / EMS
  • 在電子製造業或 EMS 行業有 2 年以上管理或高級職位經驗
  • Proven expertise in customer negotiation, RFQ and quotation processes, contract review, risk management, cost recovery, and NPI management
  • 在客戶談判、報價流程、合約審核、風險管理、成本回收及 NPI 管理方面具備成熟經驗
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • 良好的英文及中文(包括普通話)
