  • Lead and mentor a team of systems quality engineers across manual, automation, and performance.
  • Prepare test design based on documented requirements and team discussions, including SW engineers, ML engineers, and project managers.
  • Take responsibility for the testing activities, including estimating test efforts, analyzing requirements, preparation of test cases & test data, and test execution.
  • Contribute to manual, automation, and performance testing.
  • Drive performance testing efforts including load, stress, and scalability testing.
  • Develop and maintain automation framework for UI, API, and Mobile.
  • Provide reports and track quality metrics. Skills & Requirements:
  • Technical background and education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
  • 8+ Years of experience in systems testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure).
  • Experience in Web and mobile testing.
  • Experience in API & database testing.
  • Hands-on GitHub action.
  • 2+ years working with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Robot
  • Perform Analysis and Design, design reviews, and development for test automation.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.).
  • Utilizing load, stress, and analysis to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tools and reporting.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
  • Experience working in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum Methodology for streamlined testing workflows. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in software/hardware integration testing.
  • AI/ML experience.
  • ISTQB certificate preferred.
