工作职责:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital & Technology Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our D&T function. This role combines financial operations, project coordination, administrative excellence, and AI advocacy to drive efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and a passion for technology.

Main Responsibilities
Financial & Budget Stewardship

  • Own end-to-end budget planning, tracking and Latest Estimates (LE) for D&T in collaboration with product teams and global PMO/finance
  • Maintain rigorous PO compliance and ensure disciplined financial controls for both project and operational budgets
  • Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analysis, flagging variances and proposing corrective actions

Project & Vendor Coordination

  • Partner with capability teams on Go/Demand project portfolio tracking, including resource mapping (FTEs + contractors)
  • Manage full-cycle vendor contracts (renewals, bid waivers, compliance) with Legal and Sourcing teams
  • Maintain centralized contract repository and documentation system

Operational Excellence

  • Orchestrate critical meetings:

Quarterly China Town Halls (end-to-end logistics)

Weekly Leadership Meetings (agenda, minutes, action tracking)

Monthly Global Reviews (materials preparation)

Plan engaging team-building events, offsites and innovation workshops

Provide high-level administrative support to D&T Head

Technology & AI Advocacy

  • Support AI innovation communications to foster an AI-first culture
  • Coordinate AI learning sessions and awareness campaigns
  • Assist capability teams with user testing and adoption tracking

任职条件:

Specific Job Experience Or Skills Needed

  • bachelor degree above with 3+ years in tech operations, project coordination or finance support (D&T environment preferred)
  • Proven success in budget management and financial tracking
  • Strong contract administration experience
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools (Teams, Confluence)
  • Exceptional English and Mandarin communication
