About The Role
Lead Samsung HW testing by managing test plans, bug tracking, and cross-team communication; develop test cases, execute verification (Soundbar/Wi-Fi/Headphones), debug issues, and ensure coverage per specifications—collaborating with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead HW testing communication for Samsung projects, be super professional and proficient in communication for test plan, bug clarification, debug supporting and testing status with Samsung team and project team.
• Be responsible for project specification study to develop test cases, prepare test facilities and setup test conditions based on Samsung requirements, collaborate with other test/development counterparts to ensure HW test coverage is sufficient.
• The individual will work with both HW Development Designers and other engineers to develop test plan, execute test cases, report and track defects in JIRA, and communicate detected issues throughout a product life cycle.
• Be responsible for Soundbar/Wi-Fi speaker/Headphone test preparation and execution. The verification category includes EE performance verification, Thermal analysis curve, battery lifetime and noise test.
• Support HW issues debug, performs initial problem determination and diagnosis when issues arise during execution, tracks defect against those problems.

What You Need To Be Successful

• HW: University degree in Electronics Engineering , or equivalent experience.

• 3 years managing a product wireless speakers/Headphone/Sound Bar/Car Audi/APPS Software and Function testing.

  
  
• Experience developing and executing product verification test ideally in the audio, video (HDMI, BD, DVD, Stream media), AMP, WIFI/Blue tooth, Voice Control, iOS/Android APPs. Consumer electronics industry and embedded system architecture.
• Has experience on schedule test resources, track deliverables, and communicate test progress and issues to the product team.
• Proficient in the use of Windows based desktop applications.
• Strong capability in design test plan, design test case, executes tests, data analysis and report. Bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin and English: excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with automated test scripting is a plus.
