Project Execution & Management

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, leveraging China based networks
  • Support business planning, budgeting, and end-to-end project execution
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver priority projects
  • Lead or support commercial structuring, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure
  • Prepare investment memos, project proposals, and senior management presentations
  • Manage partnerships and engage with advisors and cross-functional teams

Strategic Advisory

  • Analyze complex project challenges and develop clear options for leadership decisions
  • Drive value optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation across international markets
  • Work with research teams to provide market intelligence for strategic decisions
  • Facilitate focused strategy discussions with clear outcomes and action plans

Requirements

  • 12–20 years' experience in Renewables or the Energy sector
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong exposure across the full project lifecycle
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and execution focused
  • Proven ability to proactively advise senior management on risks and issues

Preferred

  • PMP, CFA, CA, or similar professional qualifications
  • Engineering or technical background in the power sector
