• Develop the acoustic components and coordinate the concept with internal customers and suppliers
• Prepare specifications according to VW standard, and confirm with stakeholders
• Identify and implement legal requirements and approval criteria
• Schedule and release development plan, steer the budget, and track with all parties involved
• Solve technical and time conflicts within the component scope, control risks and make status report
• Establish and coordination test and validation plan in vehicle level, tracking the test status and analyzing/solving the problem during the test
• Ensure security release and the necessary certifications of the component" Professional Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience at least in automotive industry including supplier industry (acoustic).
• Working experience in VW Group or VW Group suppliers is appreciated. Skills:
• Knowledge of component development process. Knowledge and experience in Body Electronics components preferred.
• Knowledge of requirements, test conditions, tests for electrical, electronic and mechatronic components.
• Familiar with Catia GRC tool, CAN/Lin communication knowledge and CANOE would be appreciated.
• Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and certain management ability.
• Problem solving ability.
• Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. " "
