Conformity & WLTP - 2

 Brief description of the position:

Ensuring planing, implementation and verification of the conformity of series products, according to the legal requirements of the respective sales market and internal requirements (include internal and external check and tests). Ensuring the control plans, test lists and documentation according to requirements. Ensuring Conformity of Production (CoP) processes and carry out the checks and tests.

 Key Tasks:

Identification of legal/external/internal CoP requirements incl. tests and checks for the sales markets. Planning and carry out of legal/external and internal tests and checks.

Evaluation and selecting of testing institution according to qualification, capacity etc. Carrying out the technical evaluation of the offers of the testing institutes.

Create and maintain of the check plans and check list. Carrying out and ensuring of visual and other conformity checks, test, performing analyzes, evaluations and reports.

Planning, preparation and coordination of authority communication, alignments and audits (e.g. CCC) including coordination of measure implementation.

Creation of the control plans, test list, ensure report, reports and other documents related to needs of Conformity of Production.

Planning and coordination of the "spot checks" and other tests and investigation lead by the authorities and institutes.

Evaluation, analyze,communication and implementation of the legal, external, internal regulation and standards. Participation in working group regarding external and internal regulation and standards.

Budget planning and coordination for the area of responsibility as e.g. test, checks, parts, vehicles, services, audits.

Organizing and coordinating of the components and vehicles required for tests and checks to the test laboratories including transport, handovers protocol, scrap and other related tasks.

Responsible for the processes incl. QMS documents in his area of expertise. Regular reporting and monitoring of the fulfillment of the CoP test/check plans.

 Qualification and skills required for the position:

Master/Bachelor Degree in engineering or other higher technical training. Preferably in mechanical or vehicle.

Minimum of 3 years in the Automobile Manufacturing in the areas of: Conformity of Production, Quality Assurance, Homologation, Production, Research and Development.

Knowledge of Conformity of Production (CoP) (Regulations UN-R, GB, GB/T, Test, Checks )

 Knowledge of vehicle homologation process

Knowledge of vehicle and vehicle manufacturing processes Language: Fluent English, German is a plus Driving License Communication and presentation skills Detail observer
