What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of product operations for LeetCode, the world's leading online programming platform.
  • Use user research and behavioral data to analyze product and business performance, identify opportunities, and optimize user experience to drive retention and revenue.
  • Liaise with enterprise clients, universities, and other organizations to support business initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and improve support operations to enhance user satisfaction and service quality.
  • Plan and execute community programs and marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, user growth, or customer success.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with strong professional communication skills.
  • Based in Hong Kong or Shanghai; Hong Kong permanent residency is required.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives.
  • Strong user empathy, solid communication and execution skills, and a systematic approach to user operations.
  • Passionate about technology, comfortable with AI tools, and familiar with programming, algorithms, or computer science.

Plus Points

  • LeetCoders and geeks will be great.
  • Previous experience in startup environments, overseas communities, or with a computer science background is a strong plus.

  • 2 年或以上產品營運、用戶增長或 Customer Success 相關經驗;
  • 流利普通話及英語,聽講讀寫達專業工作水平;
  • 工作地點為香港或上海,需持有香港永居身份;
  • 具備跨部門協作能力,能獨立推動複雜事項;
  • 擁有用戶同理心、優秀的溝通協作及執行力,對用戶營運有系統化認知;
  • 熱愛科技,熟悉 AI 工具,了解編程、演算法等電腦相關領域。

  • LeetCoder 及極客(Geek)背景;
  • 具電腦相關領域學歷或海外社區營運經驗;
  • 擁有初創科技公司經驗者。
