The trade marketing specialist will have opportunities to manage the business among three different categories, fragrance, make-up & skincare omni channel at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for planning, execution, tracking & review of go-to-market plan, mainly serves for Sephora channel.

Response on relevant trade marketing works both online & offline on dedicate brands and categories and collaborate with Sephora team, Coty brand marketing team, key account channel sales team and VM, etc.

Your main focus :

  • Support and review Go-to-Market plan
  • Plan and execute all campaigns and promotion activities, include online promotions
  • Track and review sample/GWP/tester for all animations and activities
  • Provide campaign reports for performance review
  • Be in charge of SKU, POG management and other Sephora-specific operational matters
  • Input or download data & material in the system for innovations & campaigns

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to learn about cosmetics industry. And you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Quick learner and good executor
  • Trade marketing or e-commerce relevant experience is preferred
  • Passion to cosmetic industry and good sense of beauty & fashion is highly appreciated
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Familiar on office skills, like data analysis and excellent PPT skills
  • Master the English language on a near native level
