Responsibilities
  • Support on establishment and maintenance of relevant EHS system and timely organization of regular meeting and report.
  • Timely follow up of continuous improvement projects with feasible report, including safety cost proposal in this regard.
  • Assist in preparing EHS management reports and participate in the EHS Committee and EHS management review meeting.
  • Establish and achieve working plans, management targets as company requirements.
  • Achieve work performance according to pre-defined objective and targets.
  • Monitoring corporate EHS KPIs and analysis report.
  • Support construction work by providing EHS & Firefighting-related standard, guideline, and Experience.
  • Support maintenance work of building infrastructure by providing work plan.
  • Support utilities policy up to date.
  • Maintain the contact with local authorities for environmental, occupational health and safety permit and approval process. Such as Environment Impact Approval, Three Simultaneous, Management of Change, Occupational Health Assessment and Safety Evaluation, Pollutant Discharge Permit, and other building related permit, etc.
  • Maintain company disclosure and assist department on government platform. Such as Smart Safety Supervision system, Special Equipment Management system, Occupational Hazards Registration, Hazards Waste Management registration, Chemical Management Platforms, etc.
  • Lead the risk assessment processes, work together with related departments to identify, and evaluate the environmental, occupational health and safety risk throughout the working processes and manage Prevention and Control System with measures accordingly.
  • Provide technical support in the accident investigation process, determine together with related managers on root causes and corrective measures for prevention, and supervise contractor safety with project leaders. 
  • Conduct regular EHS inspections and ISO audits, support the responsible departments to find out the causes, monitor and track the implementation of the corrective and preventive measures.
  • Centralize purchase of Personal Protection Equipment and Emergency Supplies.

Competencies
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Safety, environmental, Engineering, mechanic design, etc.
  • EHS & ISO related trainings
  • Certificates for safety management / Occupational Health / Special Equipment/ Chemical management personnel.
  • Certified Safety Engineer preferred.
  • At least 3 years EHS working experience.
  • Working experience in manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO system.
  • Proficient MS office skills.
  • Experienced Excel operating skill is required.
  • Skilled in written and oral English.
  • CAD.
