岗位描述:
This position focus on production test engineering area of power management integrated circuits (Consumer, Industrial and Automotive ICs), you will be required to deeply utilize analog and digital circuits, as well as programming languages, statistics, to conduct diverse R&D projects involving hardware, software and procedures, aimed at ensuring the quality and cost optimization of production testing, and finally help keep and strength competitiveness of our products.

此岗位专注于电源芯片(消费级,工业级,汽车级等)量产测试工程领域。通过深入运用模电、数电、编程、统计学等科学知识,开展各类软硬件和流程研发项目,以确保量产测试的品质和成本优化,保持和提升公司产品的竞争力。

岗位职责:
1.    Analyze/optimize component-level analog and digital circuits and test program (based on C) for precision parametric measurements of analog and mixed-signal IC, and accordingly dispose the risky production tested chips and test system.
分析和优化测试程序和测试电路,由此评估和处理量产芯片的测试风险。

2.    Analyze/Optimize production test cost, efficiency, capacity, smoothness by diverse approaches, including but not limited to test time reduction, multisite development, test platform transfer, optimize/simplify test process. 
围绕量产测试成本,效率,产能以及顺畅度的优化而展开诸多项目,包括但不限于测试时间优化,多工位测试,平台转移,测试流程简化优化。

3.    Co-work to develop and maintain the production test supporting system, like setup sheet database, lot on hold system, flexible test flow, scheduling system, template program, etc. 
和IT共同开发或独立开发并维护量产测试的软件支撑系统,包括setup sheet数据库,Lot扣留系统,测试流程,排产系统,程序模板等。

4.    Conduct continuous improvement to ensure whole production test system accuracy/stability by tester/test hardware performance tracking/analysis, test process creation/optimization and other techniques.
持续改进测试系统的精度和稳定性,开展项目有测试机和测试硬件性能监控和分析,测试流程创立和优化,测试过程控制等。

5.    Apply/Implant MPS production test engineering recipes to OSAT companies and manage them to ensure test quality and efficiency.
植入MPS量产测试工程方案到代工厂,并全面管控其测试质量和效率。

岗位要求:

1.    Bachelor of EE, Microelectronics, IC, Measurement Control, Instruments, Automatics etc. or equivalent.
电子、电气、微电子、集成电路、测控仪器、自动化等电子相关专业本科或同等学历
2.     Strong knowledge and experience about circuit analysis, C/C++ programming, statistics etc.
扎实的电路分析,C或C++编程,数理统计等专业知识技能
3.     Ability to read/write in English, verbal skills are more preferred.
具备英语读和写的能力,能口语交流更佳
4.    Background/knowledge/experience about semiconductor and IC testing development are more preferred. 
具备半导体相关知识背景、半导体测试开发经验更佳
5.    A lively and rigorous mind is required; be active, positive, responsible, self-motivated for working; skilled in communication etc.
