About this role

Currently we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ AM with solid experience in
E&M function
for our client to join their project management team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full QS services from pre-contract to post-contract administraction.
  • Assist in estimations, specifications, tendering, valuation of interim payments and variations, quotations and final accounts, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate with consultants on contracts administrations.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Stuies or relevant disciplines is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in
    E&M QS
    , experience gained from client-side, consultancy or contractors are also welcome.
  • With professional qualifications (i.e HKIS/ RICS) is an advantage.
  • Experience in E&M QS for A&A, new-build projects, data centre is highly preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
