主要职责/Your Responsibilities: 

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for Cloud software development initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and manage cross-functional software development teams, including software engineers, QA specialists, other domain and business entities promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment to fulfill the needs from customer at portfolio and planning level.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather software requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, adjusting plans proactively to minimize impact and ensure project resilience.
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, to ensure software reliability and functionality.
  •  Efficiently manage project budgets, allocate resources judiciously, and track expenses to deliver projects within approved financial parameters.
  •  Guide technical decisions, ensuring software architecture is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices for security and performance.
  •  Continuously review and refine software development processes and workflows, implementing improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, timeline, or resources, communicating impacts and obtaining necessary approvals to minimize disruption.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in software technologies, programming languages, tools, and methodologies, integrating beneficial innovations into project plans.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

  • Major in automobile, software or IT relevant, Ideally with computer engineering and business management background.
  • Strong management & lobbying capabilities, outstanding networking and communication skills.
  • Sufficient product management experience between R&D and production.
  • Strong understanding of Volkswagen project organization
  •  Intership Experience in leading technical projects as prefer
  • Can negotiate and communicate with teams internally and externally
  • In line with the business requirements of the company, high willingness to travel for business is preferred.
  • Customer orientated and a team player
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
  • PMP/ACP preferred
