Job Descriptions

  • Be responsible for Customer Technical Support of BL Systems

负责质量管理体系部客户技术支持工作

  • Be responsible for the whole auditing process as a coordinator both internal and external; Ensure the smooth disposition of projects with different audit type from order incoming to certificate release

作为内外部协调员,负责整个审核流程的统筹推进;确保各审核类型的项目从订单接入到证书发放全流程顺利落地

  • Be responsible for maintaining good relationships to customers and other interaction partners; and developing new request of the existing client

负责维护与客户及其他合作方的良好关系,并挖掘现有客户的新需求

  • For special project, be responsible for the pre-launch planning (supporting function), general organization and management during project on-going period, and final reporting assist for related project manager

对于特殊项目,负责启动前的计划支持(支持职能方面),项目执行期间的整体组织和管理,并协助相关项目经理完成最终报告

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree

拥有学士学位,专业不限

  • Skillful in Microsoft office software, such as Word, Excel & PPT

熟练使用微软办公软件,例如:Word、Excel & PPT

  • Tended to continuous learning
